Posted by: BernieJuly 23, 2013My thoughts and prayers are with Jack and his summer VBS, having fun, and learning more about the Bible. It's a true blessing to see how Jack has grown and learned over this last year. I'm so thankful to have been able to be a part through both prayer and emails. I see it all as a true gift and blessing!
Posted by: BernieJuly 23, 2013I checked helpjack.org earlier this morning, and something told me to check again for a second time today...in so doing I saw he was going in for surgery this morning, on his ears. I will be praying for a successful surgery, and a quick recovery. My thoughts and prayers are with you Jack!
Posted by: BernieMarch 3, 2013It's been a while since I've sent in a comment...but my prayers of encouragement, thanks, and support are contiually being sent your way...asking for blessings upon your family, and little Jack's recovery. I will continue to send my prayers your way. Your prayer warrior, Bernie
Posted by: BernieJanuary 2, 2013All throughout the Christmas season I've been unable to view the updates on Jack, however he's been both continually thought of and prayed for...
When I read of his recent updates, my heart cried...knowing of his helpless feelings and childlike health needs. Having gone through brain issues as a child, I know the importance of parental love and support. I'm always moved when reading of the loving thoughts and prayers coming from friends, family, and parents. That unconditional love will be with him forever, and will be something he will never forget. It's a love that will help him through the hard times while on the road to recovery. Thinking and praying for little Jack, daily.
Posted by: BernieOctober 24, 2012My thoughts and prayers have been with you all morning! There have been many prayers from other prayer chains praying too! We're so thankful for Jack's health and healing!!
Posted by: BernieSeptember 26, 2012I have Jack in my heart, my thoughts and prayers are with him!
Posted by: BernieSeptember 11, 2012I sat awaiting a neurologist appointment yesterday, didn't get in until 5:30pm...but I wanted you to know that it gave me extra time to think and pray for little Jack and your family. I have all of you on my heart, in my thoughts, and in my prayers.
Posted by: NicoleJune 11th, 2012my little sister had to have brain surgery when she was in kindergarten. She had a Chiari Malformation and they took the lining of her brain at the base of the skull, a majority of the base of her skull out, and half of her first vertebrae removed. She is now 12 years old and even though she still is going through a lot she always has a smile on her face. I just wanted to tell you that it will get better with time. I PROMISE!
Posted by: Bernie BotzJune 7th, 2012My heart feels your son Jack, daily...and my prayers are with your entire family. Your prayer warrior.
Posted by: Joyce BowersJune 4th, 2012Tears of joy for your wonderful day yesterday and your reflections, Brent. Going through this can't help but make a person more appreciative of every aspect of life with our loved ones, especially our precious children and grandchildren and thankful to our heavenly Father for his blessings. He sustains us through it all and helps us make it day by day, moment by moment, putting one foot in front of the other. Praying for continued healing for Jack and God's continued strength and blessings on you all in the days ahead.
Posted by: Jennifer KempJune 3rd, 2012Just wanted to let you guys know that I check in here often and we (my whole family) are continuing to pray for Jack and all of you.I want to encourage you in the recovery process. I know it is so slow. As my brother was recovering he often would say he was overwhelmed and things were too much. We can laugh now but it was hard to see things that were not my normal brother. He didnt want music-especially with a beat! After he was home and stuck in front of the TV, he was recording Lifetime Channel Christmas movies to watch and this is guy who made me watch every action flick in my teenage years, studies Filipino martial arts/street fighting, and can't stand sappy things! He just couldn't handle too much. He would also fixate on things. He knew he was doing it, but couldn't change his thoughts. He described it like a train going down a railroad track and he couldn't change! He has improved tremendously. He is almost where he was before and his surgery was in October. He right
hand doesn't type as fast as his left, his cursive is difficult, but he is back. I am believing the same and better forJack. Take care and know we are thinking of you guys.
Posted by: Joyce BowersJune 2nd, 2012It is so good to see Jack out of bed and dressed. I hope your excursion today was great and the fresh air did him a lot of good. Praise God for the progress he is making each day. Still praying for you all.
Posted by: Christina OrtizMay 26th, 2012Hey Mr. H! I pray for Jack a lot. I'm one of Mrs. Elshire's choir students, I used to say hi to you everyday. I hope Jack is doing well. We all miss you! Band is doing very well. Stay strong, Jack will be great, and he will get better and be the best.
Posted by: Diane HochsteinMay 21th, 2012Character is not a gift given to you but one that is earned from great challenge to survive and conquer what life presents. I am planning on voting for Jack for President when the time comes! I wasn't planning on living that long, but I'll wait around for this one. Onto rehabilitation and slaying the dragons. Bubbles have again been sent out to the ocean in the hundreds. Each contains a prayer for ALL OF YOU EACH AND EVERY DAY. When God grabbed each one they popped!
Posted by: VirginiaMay 21th, 2012We are just down the hall from Jack's room and send him love every time we pass. Hurrah for chocolate pudding.
Posted by: Alliey BukikosaMay 20th, 2012Everyone from Wind Ensemble sends all our hope and love toward the Hogenson family. Get well!!
Posted by: JOyce BowersMay 18th, 2012That picture of Jack smiling just made my day! Praise God!
Posted by: Diane HochsteinMay 17th, 2012The most glorious thing about the Almighty and our Lord Jesus Christ is the promise that even when the news is NOT what we wanted, our faith will guide and protect us. To me that is what is glorious because life is unpredictable. The promise is for any, for always, for ever.
Posted by: Pam NordstromMay 17th, 2012Hallellejah!!! I have been praying for little Jack and your family. What an answer and miracle for our Lord. What an Awesome Lord we serve!! I put some of your blog on the prayer chain today! Brings tears of joy to me...thank you for sharing your lives with us. Pam
Posted by: Jennifer GarciaMay 17th, 2012Praise God for the pathology results!!! A miracle, and absolute miracle! All my love to your family.
Posted by: MimiMay 16th, 2012Okay, so we have gone from 'The tumor is inoperable, he will continue to grow weak on his right side and decline and there's nothing we can do' on April 19th - to the best possible result of total tumor removal during surgery and the best possible result of tumor type from pathology. Not only is there no cancer, but it is very unlikely that it will ever come back. Miracles abound and I praise God for them. I pray that this journey will be a witness to people everywhere, that they will come to a saving knowledge of our Lord, Jesus Christ. I wish you all could understand the joyful emotion with which I am posting this. And how grateful I am to our God who is bigger than tumors and to all of you for lifting us up to Him.
Posted by: Veronika BoosMay 16th, 2012Yaaaaaay!!! Wow what a relief. Thank you Jesus!!
Posted by: Marci MillMay 16th, 2012I'm crying with joy right now. It is because the love of God has been confirmed. I never thought the outcome would be anything but positive. Your son has brought a world together. The future will be full of joy and hope. Any challenge from the surgery itself will be overcome by the love of family and community.
Posted by: Debbie TylerMay 16th, 2012Believe in the collective power of prayer. My granddaugher also had a serious health issue and had very little chance of survival and had her surgery at Children's over 4 years ago. Now 4 years later is completely healed. It is amazing to be a part of a modern day miracle. We also had a website for getting out information and receiving encouragement and prayer. There is so much power in it. Our daily thoughts and prayers for Jack and your family.
Posted by: Diane HochsteinMay 16th, 2012I need to get this sentence out of my head. I can't concentrate on anything else Brent and Laura. "All things are possible in my name." Jack is foremost in my mind and has been for weeks. I have only felt positive and for me this sentence means "miracles." You can almost feel the ground swell of prayers around your family and it is joyful to stand among the thousands. Close your eyes and feel it. A miracle may not take the form we want, but a miracle makes sense of it all because of our faith.
Posted by: Julie PerezMay 15th, 2012Brent and Laura, God is so good to have brought your precious boy through surgery. He is so good to give Jack speech to encourage you. God is faithful and just. I pray for emotional strength for you. I pray for wisdom for the doctors. I pray for you, and your family, that grief and fear will be replaced by God's divine peace and presence. He is in control. He is never wrong. He weeps with you, and He will do the right thing! He tells us in His perfect Word, "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair." 2 Cor 4:8. Be encouraged that God is in control of every detail. Love in Christ, Julie
Posted by: Valerie LaRoqueMay 15th, 2012Hi there, I don't know your family, but just received an email from my church regarding your situation. Reading this story is absolutely heartbreaking and I just want you to know that my family will be praying for little Jack and your family as well. God is good and has already performed one miracle...I have faith that we will get to read the good news that Jack has been healed!!!
Posted by: MimiMay 14th, 2012Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purposes. I'm hanging onto your promises, God. Please wash over Jack today with your comfort. Let him FEEL your love, Your presence, even Your joy. And wash over us with Your hope, Lord. Let us see evidence of this in him, God, please. You teach us that I(we) have authority to unleash Your Kingdom on earth if we belong to You and Your Spirit lives in us. So this is my prayer (my request to You) for our/your little boy.
Posted by: Pam NordstromMay 14th, 2012Praying for you! You are such great parents to have the strength to just keep going. I pray that you continue to trust the Lord and rely on Him for all that you need. All that you need will come from Him.
Posted by: Diane Hochstein - Christian FriendsMay 12th, 2012Brent and Laura, reading your posts brings great empathy. Of 3 things I know without doubt from living a long life is that God promised us and spoke through our Lord that we would not be given more than we can handle. I personally fade in that realization, but all I have to do is look around at all the people I know or have read about that have overcome obstacles that defy understanding. That is your promise also. There is joy and there is deep sadness. Neither lasts. You know that promise also. Finally, you both have positioned your FAMILY of FIVE with prayer warriors and they are here in the flesh to support you physically as your obvious FAITH supports you mentally. FINALLY, the question remains, What Beautiful Role Will God Place You In That Will Inspire And Comfort Many Others? Little Jack is leading, you are following, and we are following you with our hands on your shoulders and faith in our hearts.
Posted by: Uncle WallyMay 12th, 2012We prayed for Jack at our mens' prayer breakfast this morning. Keep standing on the original word we first got: we will see complete healing. Sometimes, with all the ups and downs, its hard to keep this in focus. Just remember; God is in charge here. No matter what things look like, stand on His Word. God has given us authority on earth, and because of that, we stand in agreement and claim complete healing for Jack. HalleluYAH, praise Yahweh!
Posted by: Beth MercerMay 11th, 2012Brent and Laura, Remember those baby steps forward? I am going to pray tonight that you have some more of those tomorrow! Some signs that Jack is coming back to you. I am also praying for strength for all of you.
Posted by: Bradley EvansMay 10th, 2012I'm praying for you everyday little buddy.
Posted by: Jane Bedwell (friend of Bruce & Linda Sexauer)May 9th, 2012Just wanted to let you know that there are strangers praying for your little boy's recovery. My then 2 year old nephew recently recovered from a cancer no one thought he could, after a last-ditch effort of a bone marrow transplant. I believe the prayers of many made the difference. I pray Jack goes on to have a long and healthy life.
Posted by: Rob BlankenshipMay 9th, 2012Happy birthday, Jack!! What a birthday present you got yesterday! The doctors fixed you all up!
Posted by: Muriel Setters (friend of Bruce and LInda Sexauer)May 9th, 2012Jack, we've never met but I heard about you from a friend and first of all I want to wish you a Happy Birthday!!!! You are going to be in my prayers until you are up and about and completely well...I just want you and your parents to know that there are complete strangers out here pulling for your recovery. Hang in there Jack. You are a brave boy.
Posted by: Cheryl RakesMay 9th, 2012Laura, My family is thinking and praying for you guys during this time. Even though we haven't seen you for awhile doesn't mean that you were ever forgotten or your family. Life just gets busy and sometimes things get in the way but little Jack has brought us back to you. Please take care of yourself during this and you and your husband stay strong. It is so hard after surgery to see your loved one so helpless but God is good and he said he would never leave us or forsake us. Little Jack has the best healer of all watching over him and you guys. Love and Prayers to all...

Posted by: Vicki CoxMay 9th, 2012Happy Birthday, Jack! You are strong and beautiful. The Joy of the Lord is your strength, and your family's strength. By Jesus stripes you were healed. I have been praying for you, and my pastor and church are praying for you. I praise God they got all the tumor. Jesus is right there with you all, every step of the way. My daughter went through brain cancer surgery at age 37, she will be 40 next month and is doing great. Thank you Jesus. Thank you for all the updates. God bless you and keep you and be gracious unto you, make His face shine upon you and give you peace, love, Vicki
Posted by: Jennifer KempMay 9th, 2012Hi there! I work at Mt. Baker and know Laura through math meetings and have now made the connection with James and Katy through church. Your whole family has continually been in my thoughts and constant prayers. My middle child just turned 5 and as a mom, I can't imagine what this feels like. I want to encourage you-God is able! My brother faced an impossible brain tumor situation in October of this year. We walked through many of the same steps (although I know and can only imagine how different it is with a a child). He was led to an amazing surgeon (although surgery wasn't the option he wanted at first-and the outcome was bleak), went through each step of not knowing if they could get all the tumor, not knowing how much damage would be done-also to his right side, and waiting for MRI results, cancer tests, etc. It is such a tough journey but God is right there holding your hand (and Jack's!). You may not be able to handle this, but with God you can. I am happy to say that m
y brother just got his first 3 month MRI with clean results. He did have to recover from very decreased ability in his right side-but is now almost fully back-and he is over 40! You may hear negative reports along the way, we did, guard yourself and don't let it change course of action-PRAYER and TRUSTING GOD!I guess I want to say-it may seem slow and you may be seeing things that aren't your "normal Jack" but he will return. It takes time to heal. Know that my entire famiy is praying for you. Take care!
Posted by: Aunt Lynn and Uncle PaulMay 8th, 2012We're sending our love, prayers, and hugs to you all. You've been through so much in the past few weeks. We've been herding together our friends from Oregon-Uncle Paul's customers, my old work friends, the 2100 family community at St. Matthews, St. Matthews School kids, and others to join in our prayers for Jack. I asked Jesus to please sleep beside Jack tonight and hold his hands as he sleeps and heals. I've also asked God to surround you all with hugs, a loving embrace of warmth and give you courage and strength to meet the challenges ahead. We love you all and hope for good news ahead. Aunt Lynn
Posted by: Carol & Don TeodoroMay 8th, 2012Just a note to let you know that many who knew you and your folks at Bible Chapel are also in prayer for your sweet Jack. As grandparents now, Don & I wept as we prayed for Jack and all the family. Our God is an awesome God and we pray for divine healing and perfect peace for all of you. Love, Carol & Don
Posted by: Diane HochsteinMay 8th, 2012We have all heard about being in the eye of the storm. Such quietness and peace surrounded by the opposite. I feel that same exact feeling today. So many of us are so focused on "superman" that it feels as if we are captured in the eye of the storm-a stunning place of prayer and trust. The opposite moves around us, but peace is within us. Such a beautiful promise made to us by our Lord Jesus Christ.
Posted by: Jennifer GarciaMay 8th, 2012Laura, I wanted you to know that you have a tremendous outpooring of support from former students. All of the kids here who know you are sending love your way. Many of them remember when you were pregnant with Jack, or times that you brought the kids in to school. I continue to say prayers and can not stop thnking about what you are enduring. May God wrap his arms around you and Jack and keep you all safe. Jen!

Posted by: Roberta DiamondMay 8th, 2012Dear Lynn, John and family: I received the e-mail about your grandson,Jack, and want to let you know that I am praying for Jack and your family. I now have a granddaughter and my heart goes out to you knowing how precious these little ones are to us. Jesus said to them, "Let the little children come to me and forbid them not for of such is the kingdom of Heaven." Jack is precious to Jesus and God has wonderful plans for his life. Posted by: Betty NiedererMay 7th, 2012Hi Jack, I just wanted to wish you good luck with your surgery. I got cancer two years ago and I had my surgery in the University of Washington Hospital in Seattle too. They have really good doctors in Seattle and I am sure that they are going to take really good care of you. Don't forget after the surgery when you are awake, that you can ask for popsicles. I really like the red ones the best, but the grape ones are good too. Lots of love to you and your mom and dad too. - Betty Niederer
Posted by: JenniferMay 7th, 2012To Jack's Family... I am friends with Mari and read your story on Facebook. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days. Jack...you stay strong! I am currently going thru my own journey and I can tell you that God is faithful! You will be amazed at the caring and love that people will show you. It is what gets me thru the hard times and I know it will be there for all of you too. Please know that even strangers are thinking of you and sending much love your way! Hugs to you all!

Posted by: eileenMay 7th, 2012Dear Jack, I have known your wonderful Grandmother, Gail and her family for approximately 20 years. She is a wonderful person and I care about her alot. When I heard about your headache and the surgery, I remembered how much she has helped others through the years. She is a person I admire and look up to. We have always compared notes on being grandmothers. We pray for each other and for our children. You are on my mind right now and I am sending lots of sunshine and superman rays your way! Remember Jack, God never leaves us. No matter what. You are always under His Super Duper Protection and His angels are going to be with you through the surgery. I am going to my computer and sending out notice to all the wonderful people to think of you tomorrow and keep you close in their hearts. I can tell by your video...You are very loved. Your friend and someone that loves Superman also! Eileen
Posted by: Rob BlankenshipMay 7th, 2012Brent and Laura, When I heard of Jack's tumor I didn't know what to say. We have been through life-threatening illness with our 2nd daughter, Allison, and I remember what that's like. I still struggle find the right thing to say. Just know my family and friends are all praying for your family. I am so happy that you are able to go to Children's Hospital - those people are angels and take care of kids so well. God only knows why things like this happen. I know that He will be glorified in this when Jack is healed. We will continue our prayers and I know that God has a plan through all of this. Remember to accept help from friends and family when they offer. We all want to help, so if you can utilize any of us, please do. God Bless you all! Rob
Posted by: Deejay SarchetMay 6th, 2012To Jack & family - You all don't know me, but I ran across this page through facebook and it completely tore me apart to read your story. You are ALL in my prayers and God will do what he thinks is best for you all. I am a single, 17 year old mother and I could NEVER imagine going through what you are right now.. I thought being a single teenage mom was hard.. I couldn't imagine if something was wrong with my daughter.. I will pray morning and evening for you all. As a matter of fact, I'll say one right here.. I'll type it out so you can read it too: Dear Heavenly Father, please keep Jack and his family close to your heart and watch over and protect them through this time of struggle. They really need your help. Please let Jack's procedure go as planned and let them figure out what is going on and why he has a tumor. Please, Lord, let them all get through this struggle, because tomorrow is a new day and maybe even a better day. Lord, please just help them to stay strong as a family and be there for one another. I praise you, and I thank you. In The Lord's name, Amen. - I may not be able to financially help and support you. but you are all in my prayers. Best of wishes to you all.
Posted by: Colleen HoughtonMay 4th, 2012You don't know me, but I heard about Jack. As a parent, I know one of your worst fears has come true, harm to one of your kids. But I also know that Jesus is with you and watching over your family! We are praying for a successful surgery to remove the tumor, wisdom for your doctors and strength for Jack and your family. My bible study group will all be praying, too. In fact, we meet next on Tuesday morning. "May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word." 2 Thessalonians 16-17.

Posted by: Cari Meston (Brouer)May 4th, 2012Hi Brent and Laura, I want you to know that even over here in VA we are also praying for you and little Jack. I have asked our Church to put you on the prayer list and so they have. I also pray that all goes well. I could not imagine going through this with my children when they were younger or with my grandbaby. Brent, I want you to know that my dad is also going to have brain surgery at the end of the month. We were friends a long time ago and so were our parents and I never forgot that. My heart goes out to you and your family. Laura if you need anyone to talk to I am a good listener. God Bless you all. Cari Meston
Posted by: Uncle WallyMay 3rd, 2012We are going to see complete healing. This a very strong prompting from the Lord, and I believe it is prophetic. So my prayers have been in line with this. I've been praying for wisdom and supernatural skill for the doctors. But I've also been praying for God to touch Jack with supernatural healing. However God wants to do it though, I'm believing for 100% healing. I am praying for comfort and peace and strength for all of you. I am praying for God to give wisdom to all involved (including those signed up on the prayer calendar; how to pray). Keep standing on your faith. Be strong and courageous. God is with you; He will get you through this. (Joshua 1:9!)
Posted by: Wally AMay 2nd, 2012Hello cousin, I hope this message finds you in strength and faith. Every time little Jack crosses my mind (which is basically every time I look at my little Jace), I pray. I haven't tried to explain to my J what's going on with his 2nd cousin yet (no removed? hmm maybe that's right) but its hard for a 3 yr old to understand such things. Nonetheless, I'm going to have my little blonde boy help me pray for your little blonde boy. I know it sounds impossible, but try to keep positive thoughts and spirit. Jack can sense that and it will help him. Remember, as you are holding his hand, God has the other one.
Posted by: Veronika BoosMay 2nd, 2012Hey guys, I saw a posting by Ryan Johnson on Mars Hill the City and I don't know your family but this situation weighs on my heart. As a mom I can't imagine how difficult this must be, but your faith is so encouraging and God is already working miracles in Jack's life. He is always in control and always just. I will be praying for you guys for sure and I look forward to finding out how the surgery went!
Posted by: JessicaMay 2nd, 2012I am friends with Carrie and I have been praying for Jack and your whole family since she shared his story. I will continue to follow along and pray!

Posted by: MimiApril 30th, 2012Sometimes it's tough to be a grandma. So much agony and real heartache in our family right now. But through all this pain, I know that God is good and His will is perfect and life is a gift from Him. I just want to find a way to make everything better for my kids and my little grandson. I want to fix this for Jack. But I am learning that only God is in control and He just wants me to be obedient to Him. I am thanking Him for the testimony that will come from this someday. And I am so looking forward to little Jack and my family getting out of this valley.
Posted by: MichelleApril 30th, 2012I don't know your family beyond the great birthday video. My heart aches for you. I am, and will be, praying for you and passing your link on to others. I am praying Phil 4:8 for you, that your focus would pull away from the circumstances before you, and be on Christ, so "that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Posted by: KellyApril 30th, 2012Dearest Jack, You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. My sister Cindy is married to your Uncle Ron. She shared your story with me. I pray that your doctors are able to remove that nasty tumor, with no complications. I pray that you will have a quick recovery and that the doctors team have the wisdom and are able to get to the tumor and find a treatment plan that will make you better fast. I pray for the tumor to be benign....please be strong little man for you are in God's capable hands....AMEN

Posted by: SandyApril 28th, 2012Hi Jack - I want you to know that my niece's son Isaac went through what you are going through when he was about your age. He will be 13 this July! I believe he is here with us today because of all the prayers and I believe the same Lord will be with you and your family as you face this trial. I pray Jesus will hold you in His mighty hands and that you will feel His amazing presence all around you. "Thank you Lord Jesus for wrapping this family in your amazing love, peace and strength! You promise to never leave us nor forsake us! Thank You that your promises are YES and AMEN. Please heal Jack so he can go home and live the life he's been designed to live! In Your precious name, AMEN."

Posted by: AnyaApril 27th, 2012Hello Jack and family! My husband and I have three kids and our first child was born with a sickness that resulted in our son to have 6 surgeries by the age of 11. He was amazingly strong and came out a winner. I would like to say that nothing is impossible for God and that by His stripes we are healed. God's promises to us in the word of God is what really helped us through each surgery and recovery time! We will most definitely be praying for Jack and his family.

Posted by: Amy MarableApril 27th, 2012Hello Jack and Family. I have some encouragement for you. When I was 4 years old (currently 21) I was diagnosed with myleofibrosis a pre leukemia disease which soon turned into leukemia. I had a bone-marrow donor from an unrelated donor. It was a long process but I had a large team praying for me the whole way. I believe you also have a large team behind you. But my story didn't stop there. My transplant rejected my body and I was diagnosed with GVH graft versus host disease. I was back in the hospital and put on strong drugs to try to counter this effect. Obviously God had bigger plans for me. Last year at the age of 20 I got a terrible head ache probably similar to Jack's. They found a 2 inch blood clot and eventually they found it to be bleeding. Harborview Medical Center was a place I never thought I would be. Again God pulled me through as I am here to encourage you. He has Angels surrounding your little boy as well as yourselves and I am faithful your son will make a gr
eat recovery. You will be in my thoughts a prayers every day, and I am more than willing to help you all out in whatever you may need. God bless!

Posted by: AnonymousApril 20th, 2012Thank you so much for the updates...It is invaluable to feel confident in the team caring for Jack...I am so happy to hear they were able to give you the gift of realistic hope, and a plan to accompany it! We will continue to pray for the wisdom of the physicians, that God's hand guide them when they operate, strength for both you and Brent, a pre-ordained recovery for Jack, and guidance for all of us who love you and are seeking ways to support you.
